Refund & Exchange Policy
**REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY **
All sales are FINAL!! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may ONLY receive a refund and/or exchange item if:
We do accept returns and refund request in respect to the following conditions:
- If you receive a defective/damaged item.
- If you receive the wrong item and the item(s) you ordered are no longer in stock.
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
- The return or refund request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request.

We do accept exchanges and they follow the some conditions as returns. If you receive a defective or damaged item or you receive the wrong item in your order and the item(s) are available in stock, you may ask for an exchange.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
Returns within the US are free under the following conditions:
- Defective or damaged items.
- Company error (wrong item shipped).
You can refer to the delivery paper within your package to perform organize your return.
Returns from outside of the US are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
All Refunds are subject to be inspected thoroughly after being received by company to make sure that there are no visual signs of items being worn! If items display visual signs of wear and damage, then you will receive NO REFUND! If item don't display any signs of wear or damage, then customer will RECEIVE FULL REFUND!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank institute. You may also want to contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all SALE items cannot be refunded nor returned. All items marked down on SALE are FINAL.

All customized item are FINAL! You cannot return any customized items unless it's company fault or error.
